Yet again we read of another despicable act of bulling on someone who is either very old, disabled or as in this case a person with learning difficulties.

One cannot imagine the years, days and hours, some of these unfortunate persons have to endure this kind of treatment, off some of the lowest cowardly sub-humans that certain families in these areas seem to breed.

We have a government who can introduce a successful ban on smoking in pubs and other public areas etc, yet seem incapable of implementing measures that would see an end to this savage behaviour from some of our present day youngsters.

What measures should be implicated?

this isnt anti-social behaviour, this is violent assault, physical and mental leading to death, dropping litter is anti social behaviour.

Its their job, and they should be arresting them and then the courts should lock them up for as long as is needed to teach them a lesson.

The police are very good at putting anti drink drive ads on TV at Xmas, they should put ads on what will happen to scum like these if they get caught and the consequences.
