missing toolbar

Hi All,

Was just messing about really!! I lost my toolbar (the one with Files, View,Favourites,Tools,) and I can`t get it back. Is there an easy answer please, I`m not that computer friendly. If you can provide the answer I`ll be grateful, and I won`t press any more buttons ever again,

Press Alt+V and you get the File tab open in Internet Explorer. Then go to Toolbars left mouse click menu bar..
