A song charted in the 80's containing lyrics referring to taking off yer trousers and looking like Graham Rix (the footballer) does anyone know the title and the artist?

This is a total guess but I'd say by the sound of the lyrics it could be Chas and Dave who had a few hits with Tottenham. Did Graham Rix ever play for Spurs? I can't remember now...
