ITV2 advert for Supernatural, who is singing that song??

Theres an edvert currently appearing on ITV2 for the forthcoming series 'supernatural'....does anybody know who is singing the song, and the name of it? Sounds a bit like a modern day group like Franz Ferdinand maybe or The Strokes / White Stripes but it's just one man's voice.

Hi, I wanted to know that too and I got the killing moon song and thats not it, the song is Don't Fear The Reaper by Apollo 440 and it's the techno remix if you want the exact one from the ad. It's also been done by Blue Oyster Cult and H.I.M.

Tuti the tune you are looking for is called Dark Night by The Blasters. Its the same tune that's in Dusk Til Dawn.

Its not Echo and the Bunnymen !(this might be included in the programme) but for the trailer shown on itv its by "nouvelle Vague" from the album "Bande e Part" and is an acoustic type version
