It's Fallas time in the Valencian Province and so supermarket opening hours are all over the place. I thought it best to go and do at least a week's shopping this morning, just so I'm covered. A couple of hours later I get back to the villa with 2 fillets of salmon, a dozen eggs, a tub of prawns, a handbag, a pair of sunglasses, a bottle of Bvlgari Jasmine Noir, a gorgeous scarf and a brand new loyalty card from Druni. Domesticity is my middle name. Move over Nigella, there's a new kid in town.

Cheers for that, Jan. The other thing about Spirulina is that it does wonders by reinforcing the immune system which will be invaluable whilst he's receiving chemo. It's got potent anti-viral properties too and I've felt tonnes better regarding my swollen glands since I've been taking it.
