re;- Spamfighter

I am running W7 Home, with Iolo System Mechanic Pro 9 that includes, Firewall - System Shield - Anti Malware. I assumed that this was enough protection for my system, but a friend told me I should have Spamfighter installed as added protection, but when I try to download 'spamfighter.com' I get a message > HTTP400 bad request < can anyone tell me what's wrong please.
