section 47 abh first offence and pre sentetnce reports
I have been on here recently I was arrested and charged (initialy) with a sectkon 18 i was in court today for the 3rd time and after all the evidence I have had the charge changed to an abh section 47, i have pleaded guilty to this on advice from my solicitor and i have to go back in 6 weeks time for the sentencing at some point in the next few weeks I have to attend the probation service for an assesment etc and they then pass this on to the judge for the sentence to be handed down, what will i get roughly? i have never had any sort of trouble bar being found liable for a carr accident, can the magistrate not just dish out the sentence at the time of trial rather than having to go through with the pre sentence reports also the injured party had a broken nose i headbutted him once after provocation

for example, there's no point in you getting tagged and getting a 7pm-7am curfew if you work a night-shift. the Probation staff will discuss your whole life-style, and suitablity for various types of sentencing.
someone else will have to come along to advise you on the sentencing guidelines.

you will get given about 150 unpaid hours of work but at the worst you'l get a suspended sentence. basically what you need to understand is this...it all depends on your probation meeting so tell them you have been affected in a big way over this and you never want to go thru this again so on and so on. turn on the tears if need be. they then put report together and the judge works off that.
