I seem to remember an individual day ticket was like 80 dollars.
You MAY find it cheaper to buy a 5 day or 7 day ticket than going for individual days.
There is an offer here for a 14 day ultimate ticket for the price of a 7 day premium ticket.

A bit more searching shows there are "Magic your way" Disney tickets for various number of days from 1 to 10.

However they look expensive compared to the "normal" 7 day and 14 day tickets.

as above, double-check the prices for the 7 day ones. Suer there's still a 7 day for the price of 5 on the go too. You may find that you only want to do 2 parks, but it will give you the chance to visit Epcot, or one of the 2 Disney water parks as well....they're a great way to spend a relaxing non-park 'rest day'.
