pruning blueberrys

I bought a blueberry plant in the spring and it has done well with a lot of new growth, does any one know if I should summer prune it or if I should prune at all this year ?

Well ken I've been waiting for woofgang to answer you so I could see if I disagreed but she's giving this one a miss. 

I can't speak from experience ( a man that I know who can is out today) but according to the RHS site here  you prune in March but not much at all for the first 3 yrs.
