Garnier Eye Roll On Thingy

I keep seeing that garnier roll on thing you put under your eyes and was wondering if anyone used it and if it was any good?

Thanks for the link and my point was that it was NOT an urban myth (people do use it and some say it works) and also the article says it's not a good idea and I agree that the skin around your eyes is more sensitive and some people have had bad reactions. Most creams,even stuff for under-eyes will say avoid getting into the eyes.!The shark oil I believe is the stuff that worked in pile cream and has now been taken out anyway.
I wonder if the eye cream link on that link is any good !
