It happened so quickly - I remember appoaching the line ( i was going quite
slowly )and the lights were on green - as i started to go over the line it changed , which is when I stopped sharply , which resulted in me being half way across .
I dont recall being aware of a flash - would it be a flash that was bright enough so you were aware of it bearing in mind that the camera would be behind me ?
Would it still flash given that when i started to go over the line it was on green
It was definitely not on red as i started to go through - i would definitely not have done that because i'm aware of the camera being there .
So i suppoose it must have changed to amber as i was crossing the line - as i says it happened so quickly - and as i recall the light changes colours very rapidly
if the light was on amber when you crossed the line it wouldn't have been set off and you didn't see a flash (they are pretty noticeable) you'll be fine.
if you crossed on amber you're fine, the camera is only triggered after the red signal, and if you re-visit the site you should see a thin line of tar a little distance past the white line, you have to cross this sense line while the red light is on to trigger the camera.
do you mean that because you stopped, the lights when through their whole sequence - amber red amber green again...while you were stationary over the white line?
therefore the lights were at one point on red - and you werre over the line...mmm thats hard...i dont know if the sensors only detect movement at the moment you cross ..
