I have a lot of the corrected letters towards the theme but would be
grateful if anyone could tell me how many words are made from the letters?

Hi Toalisi!

There are 8, all of the same length.

On the long EV 907 thread ( Sorry, can't do a clever link to it but you'll find it by typing EV 907 in the search box ) there is much debate about 37 across and 1 down. It looks as if the uncorrected letter in each case forms part of the thematic word.
