I am nearly always too hot at night with a 4.5 tog duvet, except when temperatures go below freezing. Has anybody tried "Climarelle" bedding and if so does it work?

Difficult to beat a sheet and blanket combination. You can adjust the warmth to whatever is suitable!
I saw a product on amazon which was highly recommended. It was a cool pillow, it had like a gel inside when you buy it, you fill it with water which the gel then soaks up and then it some how 'this is when some scientist comes in' stays cool. It does get warmer during the night but for quite a while the pillow is nice a chilly.

Here's a link to the 'Chillow Pillow':

Hope it helps

Hi - just a quick word to say my life has improved 100% since I bought a Climarelle duvet and mattress protector (there is a pillow but I love my own pillow so much I didn't want to change it..). Here is the link for the place I bought mine : www.theduvetstore.co.uk

Good luck everyone - anybody got any other tips on beating this dreadful menopause?
