My group of friends have decided to try and arrange a really memorable and fun night out. We are a mixed group of about 10 19/20 years old and have around £1000 in total to spend.
At the moment we were thinking about going into London for a good meal and a club afterwards, but I just want to see if anyone has any interesting suggestions of what we can do. Open to all suggestions :)
Many Thanks

Well if you're down the South end of England, Bournemouth is a great place to party :) Or perhaps an ice bar? There are a few of those around, definitely in London! Find a really lively restaurant with great food, perhaps something a little different like a Sushi bar? Try new things, make it something you'll all remember...
Here's the link to the Ice Bar's website

You've not stated where you're starting from. If you're in range of Milton Keynes, Xscape could be fun. Go skiing or snowboarding (in real snow) in Sno!zone (and/or rock-climbing and/or bowling at the alternative venues), then eat in one of the many on-site food outlets (or in MK town centre). Then go on to a club:

The most memorable time I had with friends was when a group of us rented a cottage in the middle of nowhere for 3 nights (which worked out at about 30 quid a head between 7 of us) on the west coast of Scotland. We took lots of good food and the contents of an off licence and had an absolutely brilliant time. There was a western horse riding centre (where you ride like a cowboy rather than a toff) nearby that did pub crawls and a nice wee hotel that did excellent seafood lunches. It was such a brilliant time and completely different to what any of us normally did.
Hey karenmac60, that Cottage idea sounds great! How did you come across it? I'd like to do something similar this summer...
What kind of music are you into stephen?
not all that sure £100 a head will get you all that much in london - e.g. train tickets 20 pounds (maybe depends where you are), Club entrance fee £12, meal at somewhere reasonably affordable like wagamama's prob £40 each (though I managed to pay this for one beer and a rubbish small curry when i was in soho recently - yes i was very annoyed), random taxi rides £5. that leave you with £23 for drinks (e.g. 4 or 5 beers or one and a half cocktails).
