\unable to \log with my password

I have joined a outsourcing transcribing site (acurro transcribing) to make a little extra cash. I've been given a Name and password but...when I ;put in the details it goes so far and no further. You know the "time bar" at the bottome of a screen when a person logs in? well it goes 3/4 of the way and a msg says: "(1 item remaining) waiting for https://acurro-online.co.uk/Transcriber" What &&&**^&*&^*&^! heck does this mean. Ir ang the company yesterday and they said there was something wrong with my password and so they re-set it. However today ...the same problem. Have tried from a number of different PC's.... very frustrating...

no i didn't need to pay... it's very frustrating!

anbody on AB today who might be able to answer the above?

Try clearing the cache on your browser. Go into internet, select tools> internet options>delete.
Then tick all the boxes and select Delete.
Then try logging in again.
Let us know whether this works.

thanks factor30. Sorry I did not respond yesterday - I was out and did not go back to AB till today. I DID try that today but...no luck still! It is odd 'cos the site (acurro) has different sections and I can log onto all (using my password) but not for the most important section of all..the part which allows me to view any work downloaded, (or is the term uploaded?) for me to type!! When I rang the co' last week they said it was a password problem..but surely not as the password allows me access to al the sections BESIDES the one I need?

PS - I've tried from THREE different PC's ...all with the same resullt.
