Another Top Gear one - Murcielago piece - 7th August
3 Answers
This is doing my head in. I have the music somewhere but I can't remember what it is. Toward the end of the Lambo Murcielago piece with Richard, he starts to talk about the acceleration etc. and there's basically this bit of music with a load of choral chords played on a synth, and a drummer going nutty in the background. Earlier in that piece they had used some Aphex twin and a few other bits, but it's not that. It sounds like some '70's band engaged in a lot of drug addled jamming but something tells me it is more recent; Possible from a movie soundtrack. If anyone could help that'd be great. I can rip the audio from Sky+ is need be but was hoping someone would recognise it instantly.

I ill rip the audio atr some point but kind of jammed with work right now. I have the song somewhere or at elast I HAD it somewhere. I listened to it loads of times but I can't remember who it was. The scene it covers is the final section of the Lambo review.
The '70's Pink Floyd vibe it gives out could be a red herring; I have a sneaky suspicion that it could be someone like DJ Shadow, but I checked his stuff and also Howie B too. I think the enitre song is an instrumental.
