I did a similar thing to you a couple of years ago, and now I find I can openly enjoy food more (i.e. not be 'attacked' by people for being the large person eating a lot), so do find I eat more than I used to and haven't put on any weight because I am maintaining my exercise regime. - You should be able to do a search online and find a calculator that tells you how much you can eat and how much exercise you need to do to maintain your weight. - You should definitely be continuing with your exercise regime as I am sure you will have noticed other benefits to this other than weight loss?
