Had Cod, Chips and Peas in Morrisons around 11.30 so that will do me now 'till this evening

I had a delicious sandwich with Allinson's brown bread, dairylea, lettuce and mayo.. I could eat another, but that would just be greedy.

Oh, and a peaches and cream Activia yoghurt :-)

Subway Veggie delux (6 inch) with everything (except tomatoes) and sweet onion relish - had it everyday this week and last. I have to send colleagues in to get them as I daren't go in and ask for one again
