hi my washine machine (well the mrs really) :) wont empty of the water after its washed, any suggestions why? tia

It's not nice calling your Mrs a washing machine :)

either the filter or pump blocked or the pump has failed.

If it's got a filter it will probably be accessible via a flap in the front at the bottom of the machine, if it's the pump blocked and their is no filter it's time to get under the machine and remove the pump.
