Amazing what you can shift though. I got rid of a half bag of sand from my garage that some drove about a 14 mile round trip to collect.
The women was regaling me with stories of things that have gone on Freecycle. Some even advertise a plate of food that some hard up students collected. TBH I raised an eyebrow as I'm sure it must take a while to get your offer OKed by the moderators.

Got rid of my TV which was so heavy I didn`t know how I was going to get it to the dump. Had a wierd thing yesterday though. I had a couple of clip picture frames and my heading made it clear where I live. I had someone called Emma who asked if I could email a picture. I just described them to her and then she said great, she`d take them and where exactly did I live. Told her the street but not house no. I said I was off this week and could drop them into her. Then I got an email back saying sorry, she got my location wrong and didn`t want them after all. It made me think she wanted to come to my house to case the joint or something. When I said I`d take them to her she lost interest. Be careful who you let in your house - you never know
