Have you put numbers in the phone? Mine only shows an ID if someone on my list rings me.

Get someone to phone you a call with another phone and see what happens.
Or is this happening on every call.

you have to contact the company you are with and tell them to activate your caller id it does not turn on by itself. Hope that is helpful.

Just a thought have you saved your phone numbers onto your memory card as well as your phone memory. I ask this because sometimes the phone gets confused and doesn't know which number to use and just displays Caller.

and it still jut comes up with CALL

Best try what connemmara says looks a good bet.

This seems to be a common problem esp if your on the orange network.

Take your Sim card out use a rubber, rub the metallic strips on the SIM card. There maybe a poor connection.

It could also be as robbo966 says you have saved them on your Sim and memory as some phone,s get confused

If this doesn't work contact your provider and tell them your problem it might need a Sim up date..
