ever since my daughter was born she has a really bad wind problem very loud!! i used to get blamed for it quite a lot when she was a baby and it was quite embarrassing. Now she is 7 and it is still bad and we all make light of it she doesnt have any pain with it its just loud and non smelly which she thinks is highly hilarious, tried different foods and things but to no avail  what could it be?

could she be swallowing air with her food?
sounds like a digestive system in full working order to me, better out than in!
Also when you drink, if she slurps or takes big gulps then she will be prone to swallowing air! You can always get wind tablets prescribed by your doctor!
don't fill her with naffing tablets, wind is perfectly normal. The human body handles most things if left to it's own systems. Tablets for all sorts of things are too readily used.

i could always train her to do it in tune like mr methane!!!thanx all for your answers.

I read recently that we shouldn't drink fluids during our meals. Either drink 20-30 mins before or after eating a meal. This is because the fluid slushes around in our systems with the food and stops the effecient digestive process resulting in wind among other problems. I read this in the "You are what you eat book" and I now heed this advice with my very windy 11yr old son with positive results.
