I tried that once, it was nice. But invariably I tend to skip starters and have veggie side dishes instead. I love king prawn dansak and ceylon. Keema Nan and Keema rice every time.

I like curry but am a bit of a wuss! I like prawn puri, prawn or chicken korma, mushroom bhaji, aloo gobi and a plain naan. I don't like the desserts in Indian restaurants.

that sounds a bit pathetic!

Oh I love that Saag Paneer, or Sag bhaji... And I love the brinjol bhaji too (aubergines).

Hey Sara... I don't do desserts either, but have tried kulfi. Tbh I found it very bland. I did try gamun jalub (sp) and found them horrible. I love prawn puri.

Gobi aloo sag, favourite veg side dish.
I do tend to you for a Biryani because then you get the meat and the rice etc all in one dish,and it's fairly dry - I'm not a great one for sauces where you have to fish about to find the meat or veg. When I lived in Brighton the takeaway next door to my house (yes really) did a fabulous Persian Chicken Biryani and it was topped off with a small omelette and two fried bananas - it was truly wonderful....

I couldn't imagine an omelette with curry... but I do love fried banana. My nan used to serve it with our cooked breakfasts. Strange but tasty.
