Well that's encouraging if it applies to some of the other properties advertised. To be honest i wouldn't want it if you gave it to me (!!!) it's totally isolated and miles from anywhere PS why do I get ringing in my ears when I've taken aspirin?

Hi Sqad, thanks so much for your response. I certainly may ask! At the moment we have been twice and we are coming out again in November for a week, so we had an idea last November about iffy weather, and we wouldn't expect 100% sunshine anyway. We just love the peace of the islands, although I am concerned whether my inquiring mind would be frustrated if we didn't live near one of the towns, so we could get involved in classes, clubs etc. We have a bit of Spanish but know that Catalan is different!

There was a property down here recently asking for something in the region of 8 million. It did have a pool with a swim up bar though... lol
