alt...then go to the right panel on yore keyboard not the same keys as you use for typing but the ones that are numbered

0 ,1 that has End on it, then 2 which has a small v and so on, the one you need is 3 with PgDn on it

yes craft, I have a lappy and it works, also you can go to start then accessories and in there you will find a full character map
