i just tried uploading photos and it just looks like its about to upload my pics, but its taking ages to load, what up with it?

Did you take your pictures on a camera with a high number of megapixels (using a high resolution setting)? If so, they might exceed Snapfish's 5Mb file size limit.

i took the pics on my samsung phone then i transferred them to my laptop. Is that ok

It shouldn't be a problem but check the file size anyway. (Right-click on an image file and select 'Properties')

Remember that broadband provides an 'asymmetric' service. Uploads take about 15 times as long as downloads.

Alternatively Snapfish might just be experiencing a temporary problem with their server.
