IBAN & SWIFT

I have been asked to provide IBAN and SWIFT codes/numbers for my bank in order to obtain a refund. What are they and where can I find them?

I believe your IBAN is your account no. Sorry no idea what SWIFT is.

An IBAN number is a specific number that has your bank details and your account details all in one, these are required when sending money from or receiving into your account, SWIFT is an electronic means of sending money from one bank to another,. Your Bank will inform you of both these numbers you require.

Your IBAN Number can be found on the bottom of your Bank Statement. It is made up from your Sort Code + Bank Account Number.
