Think I'll knock the fillet steaks on the head, they can live to fight another day, and I'll do the salmon as an alternative then....with pak choi and fennell, and new potatoes

At first I thought you meant otters or something were coming to dinner. Is this going to be something like Come dine with Me. I rather like fennel but not sure what it goes with can I join in I'll bring some flowers for the hall table.
