reheating turkey

i cooked way too much turkey pieces, in a thai style sauce. im currently reheating the leftovers in a casserole dish in the oven. is this safe? i cooled and then chilled it quickly, it was in the fridge within 20 mins of coming off the hob.

Thats fine but don't re heat it again. you were right to cool it quickly and a casserole is the ideal way to re heat it.
as its already cooked it will re-heat in fry pan etc over gas/electric ring - or in microwave. Oven will just cook it more.
