that's the one I'm not sure about, either !! I think it's HEART but it's an awful clue if that's correct.

I agree with joto and davao - seekeerz I too don't like 35d being heart but it can't be anything else given the crossing clues.

Agreed - the clue defines the circulatory system - I wonder if the words "Major organ of" have been omitted.
