Hi anyone know where to apply for a catering job on the Oil Rigs ?

Firstly, you can't work on an oil rig (in any capacity) unless you've got the relevant safety certificates (including fire-fighting and escaping from a ditched and submerged helicopter). You normally have to pay for those courses yourself (and they're far from cheap).
