well most people that go for head housekeeper have previously been housekeepers. She said that she had taken lots of interviews and most were housekeepers but because I'd sent my cv round just to the hotel not going for job she was interested to see me before she closed interviews as my last job was very much managing crews and she wanted someone who could organise and manage the cleaners.
