I feel proper melancholy tonight. I've just eaten a whole bag of Flumps and i'm sat watching mind-numbing telly whilst on here.

I feel down, and lenely and in desperate need of cheering up.

My girls used to play "fluffy bunny " putting as many marshmallows in their ( not inconsiderable ) gobs whilst shouting the words "Fluffy bunnies " at each other !
I need sweeties. Have had dregs of wine and NEED SWEETIES. Also stripped bed this morning and haven't remade it yet ( Thinks about just crawling under uncovered duvet on top of bare mattress but decides that I do have SOME standards.
Cheer up , I have had a down day today as well. Think i Need to up my exercise levels to make my body produce it's own happy chemicals.

Naomi. Today should have been good, but it's turned out quite crappy. Dunno why, weather was nice, and the kids were golden today. It's just me in a grump i think

Weird when good days aren't good . My brother has been quite poorly , He had a total meltdown and was admitted into hospital via 24 hours in police cell and today i talked to him and he was so much better so why do I feel sad ?
Been a lovel;y sunny day here and I did 3 loads of washing and got it all dried for the first time this year and did all ironing but still feel that I did nothing today.
Ah well , will go to bed and start again tomorrow.
