I'm ok with anything as long as it's egg-free and animal-products free. I love ALL vegetables and fruits. I could eat asparagus, Brussels sprouts and mushrooms everyday. :-)
Mercia, I do like Quorn and tofu, but don't care for fried tofu.
Redhelen, that menu sounds yum! I've made before curried pumpkin, vegetable tagine, peanut stew and peach ice cream. I'm a big fan of ice cream; I make it regularly in my old-fashioned hand-churned ice cream maker.
I have no idea what nectarine dumplings are but I'll google it later.
