Please could you tell me the recommended temperatures for my Fridge/Freeezer the make is Scandinova. Thanks in advance

as a chef, i need to keep a constant check on temps...fridges should be between 3 and 5 degrees celcius and freezers ideally set at minus 18!! regardless of the make...you can buy a simple probe in most electrical stores.
