So, my friends want to go to the cinema tomorrow. Yeah, I know, no biggie but the thing is I just don't like going to the cinema. It's just.. I don't know I just can't be bothered really and am not particularly interested in it. But then I feel bad because this group of friends I haven't seen all holiday so I kind of feel like I have to go and also, they always go to the cinema so then I always just say I can't come.
Should I make up another excuse and feel bad or stay at home and feel good but a bit guilty...?

Perhaps you could explain that the cinema doesn't exactly rock your boat... then suggest that you go for a pizza and/or a few drinks afterwards to make it a night that appeals to all.

Yeah but I kind of already said I would go beforehand and then the times changed so I need to text back with what time would suit me so I was thinking just say I can't go for some reason... God I am bad! They are nice but a bit boring and prefer to just go to the cinema instead of for a meal or anything like that. A bit annoying for me!
well this time you will have to say you cant go and next ime ask if you could just go for a meal
