One tip suzie, if you buy the rubber moulds rather than solid ones (and the rubber ones are easier to peel off) then you need to stand them in something so they keep upright. For a tall pillar candle, say, I stand the empty mould in a tall glass to keep it level while you are pouring the wax in. You can always level the bottom off with a knife if it solidifies at a slight angle. If you are remaking from old candles you can make good stripes or blocks by pouring in one colour then letting it nearly set, then pouring the next colour in on top of it.
