Luton to Margate is 115ml, to do it in 90mn would require an average speed of 75mph.
I think you're thinking of Manston airport, quincy, which is very close to Margate (and not far from me), but the answer is no, unless you are using a private jet and have clearance in current conditions. Manston has a massive runway and is used a lot for famine relief and aid flights, but these days not used much for public flights - there are a few charter flights and Flybe is starting a limited service to Edinburgh any time now, which will be great for us. However - it's such a short distance, the high speed train serves Margate from St Pancras and for the short distance train is dead easy, and the National Bus network (via Victoria) serves both destinations well too.
