You'll find a large and very clearly labelled one by clicking http://www.abcounties.co.uk/newgaz/gazmap.htm Remember, however, that these are the 'old' counties and that many are now gathered into the bosom of much larger administrative areas such as 'Avon' and 'Grampian'.
