just found out the ban has been extended until 7am tommorow morning my flight was at 6.50am, so I take it that means the answer to my question is i wont.

All spanish airports are open again since 7pm this evening! but obviously if you can't fly out of Britain it's no good, Good luck!

tried to ring the airport net, but cant get through there is a recorded message being played, i am going to rebook or get refund as soon as i can speak to someone
