The Far right party seem to be having a few 'difficulties' at the moment...

// However, the far-right party's campaign has been beset by problems, and it appears to be floundering in the polls. Internal criticism over Nick Griffin's leadership came to a head earlier this month when publicity director Mark Collett was arrested on suspicion of threatening to kill him.

In Stoke, the party's number two target, Alby Walker, who led the BNP on the local council for four years, is standing as an independent in the general election.

Meanwhile Griffin, who is standing in Barking, has been forced to change the BNP's whites-only membership policy following a legal battle with the Equalities and Human Rights Commission. Last week the Electoral Commission announced it was launching a formal investigation into the party's 2008 accounts.

These difficulties appear to have hit the party's ability to stand candidates in next month's local elections. //

well I reckon ANYTHING is a better option than that greasy maniac...including the biggest one of my goldfish
Are you saying that the BNP was ever an option??

I would vote UKIP if I wanted this country destroyed, I will keep saying this look at the policies taking this country out of the EEC would destroy it.

We should never have gone in but leaving now would be madness - It is populist but why do you think that none of the major parties are advocating leaving.
Screaming Lord Sutch rest his soul now THERE was an option
So presumably Gromit you are looking around for one of the Minor parties to vote for, all very laudible I can understand how Noo Labour must now be a turn off. Good luck with that!
>However, the far-right party's campaign has been beset by problems

To be honest I was not aware they HAD a campaign.

I have to say ever since Nick Griffin appeared on Question Time I have hardly heard a squek out of the BNP.

Maybe the "press" have decided the best approach for the BNP is to not saying anything about them and hope they go away.

It seems to be working.
davethedog It has been estimated that MEPs have automatic expenses which make our MPs expenses look like petty cash. If Brussels has its way all MPs in all the countries will be paid the same as MEPs . They argue that in that way equality is maintained throughout the EU. Could that be the reason why none of the main parties want to leave the EU ?
Modeller its about jobs and economys not salaries
Vote BNP! You won't regret it! England for the English! If the Scotch and the Welsh can say it about their countires, so can we English! Vote BNP! You know it makes sense!
The rise of the LibDems has seriously impacted the minor parties (UKiP, BNP and Greens).

According a report I saw on the news, a lot of people view the LibDems as a viable alternative to the Labour/Tory hegemony.

All rather good news.
