With reference to my Unwanted Faxes Question I clicked on the no more answers wanted icon by mistake so I cannot post a reply neither can anyone else!!, Anyway thanks to the replies I have had Cactus and Darth Vader, My actions were worsened yesterday when I came home from work there was another fax so with a few swear words I faxed it off to the F P S as I have all the other ones over the past 18 months then to add insult to injury after popping to Tesco's for our tea and when I got home (not 25 min's later) there was another so for those of you who might be interested I sent off this letter registered mail this morning''''''''. Dear Sir/Madam You are being given 10 days from today's date Jan 23rd 2003 to stop sending me your faxes, I have not requested them in any way, You are breaking the law sending them to me, I am registered with the Fax Preference Service I know you know this because they have complained to you on my behalf, I have also called the number you say will remove me from your data bank on numerous occasions you have opted to ignore my request to be removed. So here is the deal you stop sending me your faxes on or before the 2nd of Feb 2003 after that date any fax sent to me will be charged to you at the rate of �5.00 per square inch per fax that will add up to approximately �450.00 Per fax if you do not pay I will pursue you through the small claims court. Yours Faithfully So lets see what happens I will keep you posted.
