Exercise and weight
3 Answers
I have recently changed from a 9-5 office job to running a B&B, where I am running around doing all the necessary jobs involved from 7-8am until 6pm and maybe other varying times in the evenings. This also involves snatching food 'on the hoof'. I also no longer go the pub for a couple after work!
I'm not exactly overweight, nor am I trying to lose weight, but I thought that over the last 3-4 weeks of such a more active life, I would have lost some, but haven't. Any ideas why this is please?

Analyse what you are actually eating. Cut out the fat, and perhaps take in lots of fruit..
You say you are 'running around', but you probably just mean you are on your feet more. Are you doing enough exercise to increase your metabolic rate?

Unrelated, but you might appreciate me saying it;
Try and eat at/around the same time each day
Mainly in the morning as breakfast is most important meal of the day, even if you don't have another main meal again until 6/7 o'clock.
I expect that you are hardly sat down for 10/11 hours and just thought you might appreciate the advice.
