PROBOBLY UNREPAIRABLE BUT YOU NEVER KNOW SOMEONE COULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM !

can you get to the part of set up that says re-set or reinstall try that

Do you have an instruction manual for the TV? Have you tried unplugging it (as opposed to just turning it off)? If nothing works, it would be worth it to pay a TV engineer to come and repair it.

Do you know what language you changed it to? I have a mobile phone when you change the language it also changes the names. For example if you change the phone to Italian in the language screen it says Inglese not English.
