Who do you complain to about

i think ofsted are partly incharge of making sure they are doing their job right. . .

if its about the whole creche and the way its run then contact OFSTED

done that several times, she says she'll sort it, and things are good for a few months and then standards start slipping again

thanks, i thought OFSTED were the people to contact, but i dont have an exact address for them, and i am meeting with daughters keyworker and manager again on monday and have explained to them that standards have slipped and im paying far too much to the creche to be overlooking these things, my daughter has come home with pooh all over her bottom and underwear, i dont know if she even washed her hands after having a pooh and before her lunch, it stressed me out and i was so annoyed and want answers.somebody needs to be taken to task about this.

I think the county council - but as redcrix says you should start with the local management. They should have a formal complaints process (I know we do) and complaints in writing are taken seriously and have to be investigated and responded to in a given number of days. Look at your SureStart's website, they should say.

Boxtops, ive had a hell of a week and the worst day ever as well. Colleague stuck in cairo, running the office alone and getting paid peanuts, got bills coming out of my ears, just think i should go on benefits and make life easier............but wheres the fun in that hey........THANKS CHUCK!
