My Security Center has gone wrong.

As you can see, there is nothing under "Manage Security Settings For" whereas there used to be controls to manage Windows Firewall options and setting automatic update times. I have not recently changed any settings on the PC, but these options have vanished all the same.

Try System Restore and restore Windows XP to the last restore point before the options disappeared.
