We get loads of stuff shoved through our letterbox - mostly pizza menus - chinese and indian menus and then come the charity bags for donating clothes. My theory is they think by the time we have all ordered this rubbish food, we will be so fat, we have to donate our clothes in the charity bags.

Hiya Bobbi, i'm ok..just recovering from an 11 hour migraine I had yesterday. It has left me with some unpleasant side effects that i've never had before and i've been having migraines for over 20 years now,maybe I should ask sqad about them :)
I even managed to get out of the house this morning....on my own two feet! lol

Hiya Daffy - Me and Mr. Den are migraine sufferers. Mr. Den seems to have a week or them on and off and then none for about 5 weeks and then it starts again.

Mine seem to consist of dizzy spells.

My oh is still baffled as to why my migraines make me vomit and why I regularly faint during an attack. It kind of makes me want him to suffer one once so he knows exactly what it is like. lol
I had to ask him to stay home from work yesterday because I felt so poorly :(

On the charity bags issue, many of them are phony and the best thing is to donate direct to a charity shop. These folks have an interesting website on it, - find out who are the scammers...... http://www.charitybags.org.uk/

i was a postie for more than 3 yrs. did you know 75% of their profit was or is through junk mail!!
i used to get paid about 12 quid to deliver this rubbish to about 350 letter boxes.
