phishing etc e-mails

Anyone know, when you mark an e-mail up as a phishing scam and it disappears from the inbox, is anything done with it? J

ust had a spate of the "I'll use your bank to deposit a million $ from my late etc … " 419 scams. Does anything else happen or are they just trashed somewhere?

Nobody looks at these. You should just delete them. The "report this as a scam" is just to make you feel better, as nobody will have time to inspect millions of these emails.
