Answerbank Profile

I need to update my email address on my profile and it isn't working although I am pressing submit at the bottom. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you used it on the AnswerBank before? I.e. with a different account?

You can only have one email address attached to one account.

i.e. you cannot have two profiles on here with the same email address.

Change the other address to something else - or spoil it. And then change this one (which I assume is your active one) to your preferred address.

I cannot sign in on my old account it just empties the boxes. Any ideas?
