in sandwich kent the old cooling towers are still there ,they have red lights on the top and half way down for aircraft , how do they change the bulbs the light at the top is about twelve feet down from the rim so leaning over is impossible.

Would they dangle the poor chap from a rope? Can you absail down it? How do they change the light bulb half way down? IMO, that would be the tricky one.
